Shana's Wedding

This is me with my cousin Shana, and my cousin Whitney

My two handsome dates!

Don't my baby look all grown up in his tie?

This is Shana dancing with her nephew, Charles Robert.
She had to get down on her knees. How sweet!!!

My cousin, Shana got married this past Saturday, and I was one of the bridesmaids. She had thirteen bridesmaids total so this of course was the biggest wedding I had been in. The wedding turned out beautiful and we had a great time. Congratulations Shana and Jeremy!!!!!

Oh...The weather outside is frightful.....

Yea! We got some more snow after all. The kids had a blast. We played out in it some here. Then we went to Maurine's house and played with Jenny and Maurine for a little while. Our snow disc was over there and it is always fun to use it by Maurine's basement. Bruno (our big dog) even liked the snow. I have to say my favorite part of snow is walking in untouched snow and the sound that it makes on your boots. I know that may sound a little crazy, but I just love it. It just rekindles childhood snow memories. And of course it always makes for some good pictures. I had so many that I just made a slideshow. I am so thankful that there was enough snow this time for the boys to actually get to play in. Oh, and we made a snowman.....I am 30 years old and this is actually the first snowman I have ever helped make.

Mr. Q marries Ms. U

Today in Austin's kindergarten class, Mr. Q married Ms. U. All the little boys dressed up like grooms and the little girls dressed up like brides and they actually had a little ceremony with refreshments afterwards. Very cute! And I can say that Austin was the most handsome six year old little groom I have ever seen. Here are some pictures.

Muddy little boys!

I just looked out the window and this is what I found. Kade's pants and new shoes were soaked in mud. I told the boys they could go play outside as long as I could see them in the backyard. I would normally freak out and go nuts, but for some strange reason I found this to be amusing. I just got my camera and enjoyed every second of him splashing and running through the mud. Aint it nice when you can feel joy and contentment over the little things in life that we sometimes overlook. Seeing my baby making a mess in the mud reminded me that I need to stop and thank God that I have healthy, normal, active little boys. What a blessing in disguise!
